When you complete our enquiry form we collect your name, email address, telephone number, the service you are enquiring about, and anything you include in your message. Our hosting provider may also record standard technical data such as IP address and browser type in its server logs.
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and carry out any resulting contract. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, and where a contract follows, performance of that contract. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have separately agreed to that.
Your enquiry is handled by our own staff. We use third-party providers for website hosting and form processing, who process data on our behalf under contract. We do not pass your details to any other third party except where legally required.
Enquiries that do not lead to work are retained for 12 months and then deleted. Where a contract follows, records are retained for the period required by our insurers and by law.
Under UK GDPR you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we are using it.
